本研究探討純棉織物經磷系阻燃劑處理應用於沙發及床墊防火性之研究。防燃劑含量0%至 40°%時，經FTTS-FP-159香菸燃燒試驗後，經向炭化面積由683mm2降低至399 mm2，緯向 炭化面積由696mm2降低至413mm2。防燃劑含量0°%至40°%進行垂直燃燒試驗，0°%至25%並無法防止火勢蔓延，30%至40%具有優良的阻燃效果，經向炭化長度由12.1cm降低至 6.2cm，緯向炭化長度由12.3cm降低至8.1cm，均可通過CNS10285 A4法垂直燃燒規範。水 平燃燒則以CNS13387制定之合格標準，燃燒速率不超過102mm/min為合格，若超過 102mm/min，計時後60秒媳滅，且燃燒距離未超過51mm。

This study is about the application on phosphorus flame retardant material on cotton couch. Conducting a cigarette burning test by standard FTTS-FP-159 burning test of fire retardant content rate from 0 to 40%, the vertical charring area has decreased from 629mm2 to 399 mm2 and the horizontal charring area has decreased from 696 mm2 to 413 mm2. When conducting vertical burning test on fire retardant material content rate from 0〜40%, 0〜25% of fire retardant could not stop the fire from spreading. And 30〜40% fire retardant eliminated the fire effectively. Vertical charring length decreased from 12.1cm to 6.2cm and horizontal charring length deceased from 12.3cm to 8.1cm. It also passed the CNS10285 vertical burning requirement. It also passed the CNS13387 horizontal requirement: Burning rate does not exceed 102mm/min. If it does exceed the limit, the fire must extinguishes after 60 seconds and the burning length can't exceed 51mm.
