本文以陽光廚房社會企業培力弱勢婦女為案例,探究社會企業培力弱勢就業者之角色與功能。從法鼓山「心六倫」之職場倫理觀點視之,研究發現社會企業將技術訓練與職場倫理學習相結合,有助於弱勢就業者在培訓過程中同時提昇工作操作技術並建立正向之職場倫理觀;此外,對弱勢就業者之培力有賴於管理者與員工之相互學習與調適,共同開展社會企業倫理內涵與方法。
This paper investigates the role and functions of social enterprises in empowering vulnerable people. We explore the Sunny Kitchen approach to empowering vulnerable women in Taiwan. Specifically, we analyze the methods and policies implemented by this social enterprise to suggest newer and improved alternatives to developing mutual adaptation in the workplace. Our findings incorporate aspects of the Ethics of the Mind formulated by Dharma Drum Mountain, thus yielding robust workplace ethics elements necessary to empowering the vulnerable people. This study contributes to the field of social enterprising by revealing critical factors important to dealing with vulnerable people.
