適性教育重視符應學生個別差異和個別需求的教育方案，以提升學生學習效果，長久以來成為教育發展中的重要課題。臺灣於2014年實施十二年國民基本教育，特別倡導適性教育的實施，以有效培育人才。本文旨在探究適性教育的理念與實踐，首先詮釋適性教育的意義和要素，其次分析適性教育的核心理念，包括天賦自由、循序漸進、多元發展、人盡其才、自我實現，接著剖析適性教育實施的影響因素，最後提出適性教育的實踐策略，包括建立家長多元價值觀，鼓勵孩子朝向多元發展等七項。

Adaptive education is a specially designed program to meet the unique learning needs of students who require personalized education programs for students effectiveness, and has always become an important issue in the development of education in Taiwan. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the ideas of adaptive education and related practice strategies. First, it explains the meaning and elements of adaptive education. Next, it describes its core concept: natural liberty, diversified development, step by step, everyone doing his best, self-realization. It also examines the influential factors of adaptive education. Finally, it offers seven strategies to implement for adaptive education in Taiwan , this includes the establishment of multiple values of parents to encourage children towards diversified development, and so on.
