臺灣中小學教學與行政輔導是一個亟待努力的教育發展課題,而認知教練是一個能符應教師與行政人員專業成長需求,促進其認知觀念、決策以及能力適性發展的有效輔導模式。本文對認知教練的意義、理論基礎、目的、功能與限制、實施歷程、實施技巧、相關實證研究等先做整理,然後提出國內應用與推廣認知教練於教學與行政輔導上之建議,最後再做一個結語。

英文摘要

Teaching and administration mentoring is an urgent task of educational development in Taiwan, ROC. Cognitive coaching emphasizes the change of teachers’ and administrators’ inner thinking and cognition and is an effective model for improving their professional growth. The purposes of this article are firstly to summarize the meaning, theoretical base, goals, limitations, implementation process and techniques, and research findings of cognitive coaching. And then this paper discusses how to implement and promote cognitive coaching for teaching and administration mentoring in Taiwan.
