中文摘要

中國大陸自1990年代末期起,即開始學習美國,推動院校研究(臺灣稱校務研究);臺灣則是在近兩年,校務研究才開始受到政府有關當局的重視。本研究對象―華中科技大學與重慶大學皆為大陸重點建設大學,惟兩校在推動院校研究的模式不同,然都已累積不少實施經驗與成果。爰此,本研究採用文獻探討與參訪(包括召開專家諮詢會議與訪談)兩校等方法,了解大陸高校推動院校研究的發展現況,並說明兩校的例子,以期做為臺灣規劃及實施校務研究之參考借鏡。本研究初步獲致大陸高校與參訪學校推動院校研究的發展現況,並依據研究結果,歸納大陸高校與參訪學校推動院校研究的特色。最後,依據諮詢會議討論提綱與研究結果/結論,就大學、政府及相關學會/協會三方面,提出彼等未來推動校務研究時之相關建議。

英文摘要

From the late of 1990s, Institutional research (IR) in Mainland China was started by learning the American higher education IR movements. Two of those higher education institutions in Mainland China, Huazhong University of Science and Technology took the lead in conducting IR as well as Chongqing University tried to realign the functions of IR unit, have accumulated a lot of experience and achieved some results. The study used the methods of literature review and on-site visiting (including experts consulting meetings and interviews). The study aims to understand the current development status of Mainland China’s institutional research, and take two examples of Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Chongqing University. The results of the study can be used as a reference for Taiwan’s planning and implementation of IR.
