中文摘要

心血管疾病是國內十大死亡主因之一,長期國人所關切的疾病,而腹主動脈瘤破裂在心血管疾病中,是少見 卻致死率較高的急症,因此縮短治療時間是非常重要的。本研究利用影像分析技術,針對256 切電腦斷層儀器所 獲取的腹主動脈瘤影像進行處理,以邊緣檢測法技術來描繪腹主動脈瘤區域,可取代手動圈選的費時耗力,希望 能及早提供資訊,以便進行臨床診斷與治療。研究過程中,由專業醫師來測量腹主動脈瘤患者的動脈瘤直徑,並 以醫師所測量的直徑作為標準直徑,計算和比較標準的人工測量直徑與Canny 邊緣檢測方法圈選後測量腹主動脈 瘤直徑誤差,兩者進行T test 計算後,得到數值為0.88。數據分析顯示以Canny 邊緣檢測方法圈選後測量腹主動 脈瘤直徑的吻合度高、錯誤率低,是研究時可靠的邊緣檢測方法。利用Canny 演算法可以降低人為因素造成區域 的差異又可以大大縮短病人治療計畫時間,提供臨床醫生評估腹主動脈瘤患者在診斷與治療上重要參考依據。

英文摘要

Cardiovascular disease is one of the main causes of death in Taiwan, people has concerned about cardiovascular disease for very long time. Abdominal aortic aneurysm rupture is a rare and dangerous condition associated with high morbidity and mortality, it is very important to reduce the treatment time. In this study, image analysis technique was used to deal with images of abdominal aortic aneurysms acquired by 256-slice computerized tomography instrument. The method of edge detection was used to describe the region of abdominal aortic aneurysm, which could replace the time-consuming and labor-early provision of information for clinical diagnosis and treatment. In the course of the study, ask the professional physician to measure the aneurysm diameter of patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm, and the diameter measured by the physician as the standard diameter, calculate and compare the standard manual diameter measurement and Canny edge detection method after the measurement of abdominal aortic aneurysm diameter error, both T test calculation, the value was 0.88 . Statistics analysis shows show that the diameter of the abdominal aortic aneurysm measured by the Canny edge detection method after circle selection is high and low error rate, is a reliable edge detection method for research. The use of Canny algorithm can reduce the regional differences caused by human factors can greatly reduce the patient treatment planning time, providing clinicians evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysm important reference.
