中文摘要

醫院裡有著各式各樣的病患,在X 光機技術的進步下,為了讓不能移動的病患,包含重症、需藉由呼吸器的 患者,或是隔離中的患者,如需進行X 光檢查,則移動式X 光機就是最佳選擇。以往移動式X 光機受限的曝露 條件,若是患者本身條件與執行檢查的環境不佳,常無法提供完整的影像資訊,近年來醫療科技的進步,已慢慢 克服此限制,即便多數醫療院所,仍是選擇將可移動之病人帶至放射科進行X 光檢查。但不可避免的仍是重症患 者的需求。本研究利用光激發光劑量計量測不同距離所接受之輻射劑量,評估於移動式X 光機檢查時距離內仍活 動之健康效應評估;實驗結果顯示當距離超過100 cm,接受的輻射劑量幾乎可以忽略。

英文摘要

There is many and many kind of patients in the hospital. Follow the X-ray machine technology improvements, when some kind of patients can’t leave their word like serious condition that need breathe with machine or the patients need to isolation, need to take an exam with X-ray. Portable is the best way to used. Portable has the limit from patients and exam environmental past, but the technology improvements recent that will be no problem. Even if we always take the patients who much batter using X-ray exams. But we won’t take the patients who serious condition to Department of Radiology. The method of this research is that we put three OSLD (Optically Stimulated Luminescence Dosimeter) e to assessment health effect on portable and distance. The result shows if the distance over than 100cm, the radiation can be ignored.
