過去二十年間,九年一貫與十二年國教的課程改革,使得「課程領導」在臺灣教育現場受到矚目。課程領導是課程與教育領導的交匯,本文從新興領導的角度,解析課程領導中所包含的元素。落實課程領導的核心之一便是系統思考,本文將聚焦於其內涵及兩者間之關聯。十二年國教課綱將「系統思考與解決問題」列為九大核心素養之一,教師將其融入課程進行教學前,必須先有一定的認識理解,且不僅止於教學內容,系統思考做為一思考工具,將有助於學校課程領導的實際運用與發展。本文旨在介紹與討論「學校課程領導人培育工作坊」中提供給國中團隊的系統思考課程,歷經模組化的設計,以桌上遊戲卡卡頌(Carcassonne)帶入,不僅回應於教育現場中桌上遊戲融入課程的風潮,更考量到系統思考教學活動上之特性,期望有助於教育現場教師連結自身經驗,透過團體動力等衍生出其他的可能性。

英文摘要

Over the past two decades, the 9-year-Compulsory Education and 12-year Basic Education reform led to various discussion on “curriculum leadership”. This paper aims at exploring a key component, systems thinking, of curriculum leadership and focuses on how to teach educators at junior high level with systems thinking and further lead to curriculum leadership. In this paper, the case of systems thinking module within Cultivating Curriculum Leadership Program is described and discussed. Starting from the development stage and designing concept, we explicate the details of the module and analyze the feedbacks of participants of this module. In the end, we offer reflections and suggestions as concluding remarks.
