本計畫於民國84年9月至85年3月，由北、高兩市及全省各縣市抽購國 產及進口三種四環素類眼藥膏共100件。包括鹽酸氣四環素眼藥膏（Chlortetra-cycline HC1 ointment) 63 件，鹽酸經四環素眼藥膏（Oxyteracycline HC1 ointment) 29件，鹽酸四環素眼藥膏（Tetracycline HC1 ointment) 8件。其中除4件鹽酸四 環素眼藥膏爲進口品外，其餘96件均爲國產品。依據中華藥典及曰本抗生物 質醫藥品基準解説上所載之微生物法測定其力價，結果均符合公定書之合格標 準（90~120%)，合格率 100%。
英文摘要
In order to ascertain the potency of tetracycline antibiotic eye ointments, sixty-three chlortetracycline (all domestic), twenty-nine oxytetracycline (all domestic) and eight tetracycline eye ointment samples (4 domestic, 4 imported) were randomly purchased from different counties and cities in Taiwan during September 1995 to March 1996. All of the samples were determined by the cylinder-plate methold as described in Chinese Pharmacopeia and Minimum Requirements, for Antibiotic Products of Japan. The results showed that all samples met the potency requirement specified by government regulations.
