中文摘要

本研究以資料分析方法探討在十二年國民基本教育所強調核心素養與跨領域學習的未來趨勢之下,提出教師具有學科內容知識、教學專業知能與學科教學知能專業核心能力的重要性。研究指出,教師教學的教材教案與十二年國教的理念等相對應外,也提出從教育行政、校長領導、教師的轉化學習、課程規劃設計與評鑑等,做為培育具有核心素養與關鍵能力的師資生之策略。

英文摘要

This study roots on document analysis to explore core competence and comprehensive dimensions in twelve year compulsory education. Meanwhile, this study points out that content knowledge, pedagogical knowledge and pedagogical content knowledge are very important for teachers. The results reveal teaching subjects combine belief of twelve year compulsory education. In addition, this study suggests educational administration, principal leadership, teaches’ transformative leaning, planning and design for curriculum and evaluation are approach to cultivate future teaches.
