Two new glucosides, 1,2- and l,3-bis[4-(/3-D-glucopyranosyloxy)benzyl]citrate, named parishins B and C, together with tris [4-fj3-D-glucopyranosvloxy)benzyl] citrate (parishin) have been isolated from the rhizomes of Gastrodia elata, and their structures elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidence.
