正念減壓(Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, MBSR) 是美國麻省理工學院分子生物學博 士Jon Kabat-Zinn ( 譯:卡巴金博士) 於1979 年在美國麻州大學醫學院附屬醫院減壓門診(Stress Reduction Clinic) 中所採用的減壓治療方法,於近年來廣泛被使用,並已被西方學界、醫界與心理 界的權威證實為一套有效的團體訓練課程,對多種身、心理疾病都有著良好的壓力減輕、療癒輔 助效果,並廣泛運用於各種層面;在國內,目前正念減壓(MBSR) 的團體訓練課程已在醫界、學 界及教育界推動中。筆者於接受完整正念減壓訓練後,對臨床的病人照護以及個人生活中的壓力 調適上自覺有相當顯著的成效,因此希望可以分享對於正念減壓的認識,期望護理人員能瞭解並 培養此自我療癒能力及技巧應用,學習接納及與壓力相處,進而以不評判的方式認識自己與他人, 真實且客觀的體驗工作及生活,提升自我健康照護和面對壓力能力,進而應用於病患照護上,如 此不僅提供治療性的服務,將更能提升照護品質及增進病患福祉。

英文摘要

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) was established by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, Professor of Medicine Emeritus and creator of the Stress Reduction Clinic and the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, in 1979. In the recent years, MBSR has gained popularity. The effectiveness of group training courses have been proved in medical profession, academia and the community. The power of stress reduction and self-healing of MBSR group training courses for patients with physical and psychological disease were confirmed, and widely promoted in the medical profession, education and academia. From personal experience, MBSR training can increase the ability of stress coping in my clinical work and daily life. Therefore, through the understanding of MBSR, nurses can understand and develop this self-healing ability to get along and cope with their stress. In addition, the skill can be applied to patient care to enhance the quality of care and improve patients' well-being.
