In this paper, we have obtained the number of dengue fever infection data provided by the government open platform. As shown in the picture of word cloud or tag cloud by developing R language script, we found that the number of infections of Kaohsiung and Tainan cities are higher than the others. Furthermore, the infections at Taipei and New Taipei City are also increased due to the closer relationship in social activities between the south and north in Taiwan. However, the populations in the six Special Municipalities in Taiwan (Kaohsiung, New Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Taipei and Taoyuan) are much more than of the other cities. Therefore, infection rates are measured with the population data from Ministry of the Interior in Taiwan. Still, the rates of infection of Kaohsiung and Tainan cities are higher than the others. Dengue fever is a mosquito-borne tropical disease caused by the dengue virus. Some cases may resulting in bleeding or into dengue shock syndrome. Therefore, the impaction of temperature distribution are considered. In spite of Pingtung and Taitung with higher average of temperature, the works shows that Kaohsiung and Tainan are the cities with highest infection rates in Taiwan.
