本計劃於79年9月至80年3月間，在台灣地區之藥房、藥局共抽購30件Sulfamethoxazole及Trimethoprim複合製劑，隸屬25種廠牌。其中國產品27件，輸入品3件。分別進行重量差異試驗、崩散度試驗、鑑別試驗及含量測定。結果30件均達合格標準。
英文摘要
To survey the quality of commercial compound ”Co-trimoxazole” preparation, 30 samples were purchased randomly from drugstores in Taiwan area during Sep. 1990-Mar. 1991. The active ingredients ”Sulfamethoxazol & Trimethoprim” were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by using a High-Performance Liquid Chromatographic method. They were also Subjected to ”General Tests” specified in CH.P.Ⅲ. The active ingredients of all of the 30 samples were found to be within 93.0-107.0% of labeled amount.
