本研究以杉林溪森林生態渡假園區為例，建構生態環境創新模式，評估環境生態創新成效。分成二個階段進行研究，第一階段利用兩回合模糊德菲法專家問卷，建立森林生態渡假園區生態環境創新之績效評估指標。第二階段利用績效評估指標編製問卷，分別在杉林溪森林生態渡假園區（目標樣本）及溪頭自然教育中心（標竿樣本）收集資料，以績效表現分析，進行生態環境創新之表現績效分析。本研究結論認為，杉林溪森林生態渡假園區的生態環境創新具有獨特的特徵，提供遊客體驗自然與環境教育的遊憩場域，並可降低對自然環境的衝擊，代表了一種新的生態與經營；分析其獨特的生態環境創新模式可提供後續研究方向及森林生態渡假園區經營管理意涵。

This study uses the Sun-Link-Sea Forest Ecological Resort (SLSFER) as a case to assess the performance of eco-environmental innovation in two steps. Step 1 develops a measurement scale for eco-environmental innovation. Step 2 conducts a performance analysis of eco-environmental innovations. Managerial implications and market strategies are discussed, along with recommendations for future research. We conclude that the SLSFER’s eco-environmental innovation has a distinct character that represents a new type of ecological resort, which protects natural resources for tourist’s recreation experience and environmental education. Given its unique blend of characteristics, the SLSFER sample offers a potential contribution to the academic literature.
