背景與目的:本研究的目的是探討使用壓力感測裝置應用於評估原發性脊柱側彎青少年及健康青少年之 軀幹中軸動作表現的可行性與再測信度。方法:10 位原發性脊柱側彎青少年與10 位健康青少年,由相同主試 者在間隔5 天內以壓力感測裝置進行軀幹中軸動作表現測試2 次。結果:不論是原發性脊柱側彎青少年或健 康青少年,在頸部、胸部及腰部之2 次個別動作表現測試的平均壓力值與誤差壓力值的方均根均無顯著差異。 以平均壓力值而言,原發性脊柱側彎青少年與健康青少年在頸部(intra-class correlation coeffi cients (ICCs):0.90 及0.98)、胸部(ICCs:0.91 ~ 0.99 及0.89 ~ 0.96)、腰部(ICCs:0.91 ~ 0.93 及0.85 ~ 0.95)的軀幹中軸動 作表現測試的再測信度極佳,而誤差壓力值方均根的再測信度亦為相似的結果(頸部ICCs:0.8 及0.95、胸部 ICCs:0.79 ~ 0.89 及0.83 ~ 0.91、腰部ICCs:0.77 ~ 0.86 及0.86 ~ 0.97)。結論:本研究的結果顯示使用壓力 感測裝置評估原發性脊柱側彎青少年及健康青少年之軀幹中軸動作表現是可行的,且有極佳的再測信度。

Background and Purpose: Th is study aimed at examining the feasibility and test-retest reliability of axial motor
performance measurements using a pressure sensor unit in adolescents with and without idiopathic scoliosis. Methods:
10 adolescents with idiopathic scoliosis (AIS group) and 10 healthy adolescents (healthy group) were recruited and
received the axial motor performance measurement twice with a test-retest interval of five days. The same physical
therapist used a pressure sensor unit to conduct the measurement on the two diff erent days. Results: For both AIS group and healthy group, mean pressure and root mean square of deviation pressure of respective cervical, thoracic, and lumbar movements were not significantly different across the two test sessions. The test-retest reliability of mean pressure of cervical (intra-class correlation coefficients [ICCs]: 0.90 and 0.98), thoracic (ICCs: 0.91–0.99 and 0.89–0.96), and lumbar (ICCs: 0.91–0.93 and 0.85–0.95) motor performance in both AIS and healthy groups were excellent; similar results were also found in the root mean square of deviation pressure (cervical ICCs: 0.8 and 0.95, thoracic ICCs: 0.79– 0.89 and 0.83–0.91, and lumbar ICCs: 0.77–0.86 and 0.86–0.97). Conclusions: The findings indicated that pressure sensor unit was feasible in measuring axial motor performance in adolescents with and without idiopathic scoliosis with an excellent test-retest reliability.
