背景與目的:本研究的目的是探討6 分鐘行走測試於健康學齡前兒童的再測信度及其心跳反應,以及探 討健康學齡前兒童6 分鐘行走測試的步行距離與性別、體格、心跳反應的關連性。方法:共收集30 位健康學 齡前兒童,進行2 次6 分鐘行走測試,並測量其體格與心跳。結果:學齡前男童6 分鐘行走測試的平均步行 距離為485.7 ± 42.3 公尺,女童則為446.3 ± 40.7 公尺。再測信度(組內相關係數)、測量標準誤差、以及最小 可偵測之差異則分別為0.82 公尺、19.2 公尺和53.3 公尺。6 分鐘行走測試對健康學齡前兒童而言相當於中等 程度的運動強度。學齡前兒童之心跳自測試開始就快速地增加,在1 ~ 3 分鐘內就達平原期,而心跳在測試結束後1 ~ 2 分鐘內就恢復至基線期的水準。身高以及最大心跳與基線期心跳之差值分別與6 分鐘行走測試的步 行距離顯著相關。結論:應用6 分鐘行走測試於評估5 ~ 6 歲典型發展之學齡前男童與女童的運動能力是具有 良好信度的。身高及6 分鐘行走測試時增加心跳之最大值與6 分鐘行走測試的步行距離顯著相關。

英文摘要

Background and Purpose: To investigate test-retest reliability and exercise heart rate of 6-minute walk test (6MWT) and to examine the relationship between 6-minute walk distance (6MWD) and gender, anthropometric variables, and exercise heart rate in healthy preschoolers aged 5–6 years. Methods:  irty preschoolers were recruited for assessing 6MWT, exercise heart rate, and anthropometry. 6MWT was examined twice. Results: Mean 6MWD was 485.7 ± 42.3 m for boys and was 446.3 ± 40.7 m for girls. Test-retest reliability (intra-class correlation coe cient, ICC), standard error of measurement (SEM), and the smallest detectable di erence were 0.82, 19.2, and 53.3 m respectively. 6MWT elicited a moderate exercise response in healthy preschoolers. Heart rate increased rapidly and reached a plateau in the first 1–3 minutes and declined to baseline level within 1–2 minutes after the completion of 6MWT. Height and the di erence between baseline heart rate and maximum heart rate was each signi cantly associated with 6MWD. Conclusions: 6MWT can be reliably administered in healthy preschool boys and girls aged 5–6 years to assess their exercise capacity. Height and the maximum increment in heart rate during the 6MWT were closely associated with 6MWD.
