本篇論文旨在探討日本德川時期，大阪懷德堂中井履軒的《易》學，並藉由其《易》學著作《周易逢原》的考察，觀察其《易》學主張及其如何攻駁朱子的《周易本義》並進行訂正。首先，本論文嘗試論證中井從疑經、改經的態度出發，從而恢復古本《周易》，再藉由所恢復的古本《周易》，進而求索經文的旨意。從這一條進路而言，兩人是相同的。其次，再藉由本文的分析，說明在相同的進路之下，兩者的內涵卻是截然不同的。由於中井在經學史的論述上，自有其「獨見」之處，因此他對於《周易》的文本問題以及經傳地位，在在都與朱子不同，於是就形成了攻駁的焦點，同時也由於這樣的「獨見」，遂使得中井不得不對朱子的《易》學一一進行訂正。

This article investigates the study of the Yijing (易經 Book of Changes) written by Nakai Sekitoku 中井積德 at Osaka's Kaitokudo 懷德堂 during the Tokugawa 德川 period. Through an investigation of Nakai's work, Shūeki hōgen 周易逢原, this article examines not only his propositions regarding the Yijing but also the way he criticizes and modifies Zhu Xi's 朱熹 work, Zhouyi benyi 周易本義. This article attempts to demonstrate that Nakai's approach of ＂questioning and modifying classics＂ enabled him to restore the ancient Zhouyi 周易, and with this restored version, proceed to seek the essence of the classics. Secondly, the analysis presented in this article contends that, despite the ostensible similarity between Nakai's and Zhu's approaches to the Zhouyi, there is a world of difference between the implications of their views.
