本研究欲探討蘋果新系統的介面改變是否會影響使用者的操作效率，分別檢驗了鍵盤切換鍵 圖示設計（實驗一）與介面字母呈現方式之改變（實驗二）。 實驗一發現新系統的鍵盤切換鍵設 計較容易被偵測，且整體而言蘋果使用者在操作上更有效率。此外在實驗二中，由於新系統的鍵 盤設計與安卓鍵盤設計有高相似度，安卓系統使用者在作業中做出較少的修改次數，這反映了使 用習慣對於操作效率的影響。從研究結果中可得知蘋果新系統的設計不僅能提升使用者的操作效 率，在不影響使用者過去經驗的前提下也讓不同系統的使用者可以輕鬆上手。
英文摘要
Operating systems (OS) of different developers possess different interfaces. Two experiments tested the effect of keyboard interface of Apple's new OS. In experiment 1, we examined the appearance design of Shift key, the results found that Apple users performed better and detected faster in new appearance. In experiment 2, we examined the lowercase displays feature in iOS 9's keyboard, results shown that Android users (more familiar with lowercase displays) made less correction in the new OS condition. In sum, interface updates of Apple OS retained Apple users' performances while increased Android users' performances in using other OS device.
