早年臺海兩岸的高等教育交流因政治的對立而陷入一片空白,民國78 年大陸開放高校招收臺 灣學生,為兩岸高等教育交流帶來了一線曙光。自民國100 年臺灣開始認證大陸的部分大學學歷, 並開放招收大陸學生,開啟了兩岸高等教育雙向交流的里程碑。兩岸的高等教育互有所長,深化交 流可截長補短,共創雙贏。然而兩岸的高等教育交流也潛藏著阻力與隱憂,有待雙方的教育主管機 關共同來克服。

英文摘要

In early times, there was no communication across Taiwan strait for higher education because of political conflict. In 1987, Mainland China allow high schools to recruit Taiwanese students. It’s the first step for the higher educational communication. From 2011, Taiwan started to admit bachelor’s degree from part of universities in Mainland China and allowed recruiting students from Mainland China. It’s an important milestone for the higher educational communication and cooperation across Taiwan strait. Both Taiwan and Mainland China have advantage and disadvantage in higher education and strengthen the educational communication and cooperation can make a better environment of education, which will create an opportunity of win‐win situation for both side. However, there is still some issues and obstacles needed to be overcome by both educational authorities across Taiwan strait in higher educational communication and cooperation.
