本研究主要目的在瞭解不同背景變項五專學生其體育學習態度與智慧型手機成癮對運動 參與之差異情形、變項間相關性;分析五專學生體育學習態度與智慧型手機成癮分別對運動 參與之預測作用。本研究對象為104 學年度私立五專學生857 位,採問卷調查法,研究工具 包括:智慧型手機成癮量表、體育學習態度量表與運動參與量表,資料分析為描述性統計、 獨立樣本t 考驗(p < .05)、單因子變異數分析、Pearson 積差相關及迴歸分析。研究結果發現: 一、五專學生會因為性別、家庭經濟狀況、是否使用智慧型手機、手機使用年資及使用頻率 和選用吃到飽專案等因素在智慧型手機成癮情況上有顯著差異;在體育學習態度上則會 因為性別、年級及選用吃到飽專案等因素有顯著差異;而其運動參與會亦因性別及選用 吃到飽專案等因素有顯著差異。 二、五專學生體育學習態度、智慧型手機成癮與運動參與間為低度正相關。 三、五專學生智慧型手機成癮具預測運動參與的差異,其中「情緒反應」、「人際關係」及 「生活干擾」能有效預測。學習態度的「學習心態投入」及「學習行為」亦能有效預測 運動參與。 本研究根據研究結果提出建議供主管教育機關、學校、體育教育者、家長以及未來研究 者之參考。

英文摘要

The aims of this study are to investigate the differences of diverse background between physical education learning attitude, smartphone addiction, and sports participation on 5-years college students; the relationship among physical education learning attitude, smartphone addiction, and sports participation; the predictable effect of physical education learning attitude, smartphone addiction towards their sports participation. The subjects were 857 students from private 5-years college students in Taiwan enrolling 2015 academic year. The questionnaire survey was utilized in this study and the data analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test (p value < .05) , one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, and hierarchical regression. The major results of the study were: (1) the differences of genders, family economic status, smartphone owned or not, the years of smartphone use, the frequency of smartphone use, and all-you-can-eat plans were revealed to smartphone addiction. The differences of genders, grades, and all-you-can-eat plans towards physical education learning attitude and the differences of genders and all-you-can-eat plans were manifested to sports participation; (2) the positively relevant between smartphone addiction, physical education learning attitude, and sports participation; (3) the factors of “emotional reaction”, “interpersonal relationship”, and “life intervention” in smartphone addiction can positively predict sports participation. The factors of “engagement in learning attitude” and “learning behavior” in learning attitude can positively predict sports participation. Based on the research outcomes and conclusion, provided implications for the educational authorities, schools, educators in physical education, parents, and future study.
