隨著時代的變遷，全球運籌已進入供應鏈對供應鏈的時代，再加上中國經濟 迅速發展，亞洲地區在跨國經貿中扮演的角色相形重要。根據交通部民航局統計 2014 年航空貨運量前三名都是亞太地區機場，顯示亞太機場是航空貨運運輸重 要據點。所以航空貨運運輸業者如何對外掌握市場貨源，對內掌握本身運輸的通 路模式是相當重要的。基於此，如何評估航空快遞業陸空聯運最適通路模式，此 乃本文重要議題。 為達成此ㄧ目的，首先透過實務調查方式，航空快遞業陸空聯運通路績效指 標，利用灰統計分析法篩選關鍵指標。其次建構航空快遞業陸空聯運通路績效模 型。再者以三家國際航空快遞業(DHL、UPS、FedEx)為例，利用FTOPSIS 分析法 評估航空快遞業陸空聯運最適通路模式。最後，依據研究結果進行管理意涵分 析，以提供後續相關單位擬訂政策之參考。

Based on this, how to assess the Land-Air transport of the Air express industry optimal path model. This is an important issue of this paper. To achieve this purpose, First through Practice survey, Land -Air transport path of the Air express industry performance indicators, the use of the Gray Statistical Analysis method screening key indicators. Following, the construction of the Air express industry, Land-Air transport channel performance model. In addition to the three international Air express(DHL、UPS、FedEx), for example, Fuzzy TOPSIS analysis to assess the optimal channel mode of Land -Air transport of the Air express industry. Finally, based on the results of the study the managerial implications analysis, provide follow-up the formulation of policy reference.
