三酸甘油脂過高為國人常見的慢性疾病,且與自身的日常飲食存在著相當密切的關係,因此, 若能自飲食習慣中稍微改變,可及早預防心臟病及腦血管等疾病發生,亦可避免因長期服藥或 血脂控制不佳所導致的合併症。本研究目的是利用整合性分析(meta-analysis)來探討普耳茶對 於三酸甘油脂降低之成效。本研究從763篇的文獻中共選取10篇(動物實驗7篇、人類實驗:3 篇),研究文獻進行整合分析。結果顯示:普洱茶對三酸甘油脂的動物實驗文獻可顯著降低 0.37mmol/l(95°%CI: 0.28-0.49)效果值;在人類實驗文獻可顯著降低 0.08mmol/l(95°/〇CI: 0.01-0.16)效果值,顯示普洱茶的飲用能顯著降低血液中的三酸甘油脂的效果。

英文摘要

Hyperlipidemia is a common chronic diseases in our country, and Hyperlipidemia disorder has a close relationship with risk factors in life pattern. Therefore, changes in diet and lifestyle adjustments not only early prevent heart and cerebrovascular diseases, but also avoid complications due to poor blood lipids control or long-term taking medication. The purpose of this study is to explore effects of Pu'er tea on blood lipids lowering in Hyperlipidemia patients by means of systematic review and meta-analysis. Among 763 identified publications, 10 papers were eligible for meta- analysis. In our result of meta-analysis, Pu5er tea significantly lowered triglyceride about 0.37mmol (95%CI: 0.28-0.49) in animal studies and 0.08mmol/l(95%CI: 0.01-0.16) in human studies. The results of our study demonstrated drinking Pu5er tea can lower triglyceride in blood.
