高輻射劑量誘發生物效應在放射科檢查中是一個非常重要議題。目前許多研究學者使用過濾材料如:鋁 (Al)、銅(Cu)、鈦(Ti)、鋅(Zn)、铒(Er)、鉬(Mo)和鈮(Nb)等,探討其特性及輻射劑量之影響,但探討臨床 胸部X光、顱骨X光和脊椎X光攝影臨床影像品質與劑量之應用是較少見的。本研究旨在利用擬人假體與臨床病 人,評估鋁濾片在X光影像品質和劑量降低之成效。從2016年11月至2017年2月本研究選取的三十三名患者 在越南Sa Dec醫院放射科進X光檢查。評估其不同位置輻射劑量之變化。結果顯示,使用2.7mm鋁濾片時,可 使X光產生之散射之輻射劑量產生最大之衰減率約降低78%。為達合理抑低之目的,建議至少使用2.7mm進行 臨床之應用。

英文摘要

High Radiation dose induced biological effects is a very important issue in radiological examination. Many studies have examined the influence of filter materials [e.g., aluminum (Al), copper (Cu), titanium (Ti), zinc (Zn), erbium (Er), molybdenum (Mo) and niobium (Nb) on characteristic and radiation dose reduction methods. But the investigation of the filters applied in digital images quality and radiation dose variety for chest, skull and spine radiography is rare. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of Al filter on image quality and dose reduction in X-ray examination with simulated anatomical phantoms and patients. Thirty-three patients recruited in this study accepted x-ray examination for their hearts, lungs, skulls or lumbar spines from November 2016 to February 2017 at the Department of Radiology of Sa Dec Hospital in Vietnam. The results are showed maximum attenuation rate of x-ray radiation dose reduced by seventy eight percent when adding 2.7mm Aluminum filter. According to the ALARA principle, suggest that general radiography should be carried out using a minimum of 2.7 mm total Al equivalent filtration.
