為了解教學現場中,教師對於聆聽教學的認識與實施,以苗栗縣國民小學教 師為調查對象,使用混合型問卷調查,初探國小教師對於聆聽教學的實施現況與 看法,針對縣内18鄉鎮各取2間學校為問卷目標,共發出216份問卷,回收後 有效問卷為189份。研究結論如下:(一)教師對於聆聽教學的時間安排現況顯 示聆聽教學較被忽視。(二)教師對於聆聽教學的實施策略有能力上的缺乏,需 要提升教學策略能力。(三)教師聆聽教學實施後的評量方式現況並無共識。(四) 教師對於實施聆聽教學策略的需要性趨於一致需要。(五)教師對於聆聽教學相 關策略的了解程度需要加強。(六)教師對於聆聽教學的課程中,實施聆聽策略 的適宜性屬於正向思維。

英文摘要

In order to understand the teaching site for teachers to listen to the understanding and implementation of teaching to Miaoli County Elementary School teachers for the survey, the use of mixed-type questionnaire survey of primary school teachers for listening to the implementation of the status and views of teaching for the county towns and villages take 2 schools as the questionnaire target, a total of 216 questionnaires were issued, the effective questionnaire was 189 after the recovery. The conclusions of the study are as follows: (1) The current situation of teachers' listening to teaching schedules shows that listening teaching is neglected. (2) Teachers lack the ability to listen to the implementation of teaching strategies and need to improve their teaching strategies. (3) Teachers to listen to the implementation of the evaluation method after teaching there is no consensus. (4) The need for teachers to implement the listening strategy tends to be consistent. (5) Teachers need to be more aware of the strategies related to listening to teaching. (6) Teachers listening to teaching courses, the implementation of listening strategies appropriateness is a positive thinking.
