《歐洲漢語能力基準項目》（European Benchmarks for the Chinese Language，簡稱EBCL)乃專為歐洲人學習華語文所制定，於2012年公布1.0 版，2015年公布1.1版。 目前EBCL公布語文能力等級:A1.1 /A1 /A1 +/A2/A2 +等級，與CEFR 及各國語文測驗分級之三等六級略為不同；並公布A1漢字320個（包括基本漢 字250及推薦漢字70個）、A2漢字630個；A1 口語詞彙589個、書面詞彙430 個，而A2 口語詞彙1245個、書面詞彙940個，與臺灣「華語八千詞」及中國 《國際漢語教學通用課程大綱》對詞彙的認知及對A1、A2之要求不盡相同，體 現了歐洲人對華語文之獨特語文觀點，本文建議正視其語文觀點，並落實於華語 文教材教法中，以提升其學習華語文之成效。

European Benchmarks for the Chinese Language (EBCL) is designed for Chinese learners in Europe. The version 1.0 was released in 2012 and the version 1.1 was released in 2015. At present, EBCL announces its language proficiency level: A1.1 / A1 / A1 + / A2 / A2 +. It5s slightly different from CEFR and national language test grading. EBCL released 320 A1 Chinese characters (including 250 basic Chinese characters and 70 recommended Chinese characters), 630 A2 Chinese characters, 589 A1 colloquial vocabularies, and 430 A1 written words. EBCL also released1245 A2 spoken words and 940 A2 written words. The vocabulary of awareness and the requirements of A1 and A2 recommended by EBCL, Taiwan's "eight thousand Chinese words" and China's "International Chinese Teaching General Curriculum Outline" are different. It embodies European's unique views on Chinese language. This article argued that it is necessary to understand European's viewpoint on Chinese language and put it into effect in the teaching of Chinese textbooks to enhance its effectiveness in learning Chinese.
