本研究以空軍各單位「共同供應契約資訊系統」使用者為研究對象，以科技接受模式來探討使用此系統的可能影響因素。透過問卷設計和收集調查資料進行統計分析，以回收的174份有效問卷作此模式的統計分析。研究顯示電腦能力較佳的使用者，對於「共同供應契約資訊系統」的適應期短，熟練程度較高，而有系統容易操作的認知，也認同「共同供應契約資訊系統」對使用者在採購業務上有所幫助。然而，便利性呈現不顯著正向影響使用態度，表示使用者認為使用「共同供應契約資訊系統」來完成採購任務可節省時間和精力的知覺程度，但卻不認為便利性會強化使用者在「共同供應契約資訊系統」容易操作並對採購業務上有所幫助的認知。

The study focuses on investigating the adoption and influencing factors from the Air Force procurement staff users of the Inter-entity Supply Contracts System (ISCS). To explore the possible influencing factors, the study apply Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to the modeling. The study had done statistical analysis through designed questionnaire and collection of survey data, which recover 174 valid questionnaires. The study show that users who have better computer skills showed a short adaptation period and a high degree of proficiency and easy to operate the ISCS. Those also recognize that the ISCS can help users in the procurement business. However, convenience did not significantly influenced users attitudes, indicating that users perceived the use of the ISCS to accomplish procurement tasks that could save time and effort perception, but did not perceive that convenience could enhance operate the ISCS easily for the users and has a useful understanding of the procurement business.
