本研究之目的在編製適用於評估零至六歲嬰幼兒語言能力發展的家長問卷,以 了解嬰幼兒語言的發展和變化。問卷包括0~2歲和2~6歲兩個版本:0~2歲版問 卷評估的能力涵蓋前語言期溝通、語言理解、語言表達和讀寫萌發之能力;2~6 歲版問卷則涵蓋語言理解、語言表達和讀寫萌發之能力。本問卷研發歷程包括初 試、預試和正式研究三個階段。正式施測的研究對象為新北市463 名0~6 歲幼 兒,蒐集家長填寫的問卷資料,並採用「嬰幼兒綜合發展測驗」評估158 名幼兒的 語言發展。研究結果發現,本問卷的內部一致性信度均大於0.9,再測信度結果均 大於0.8,顯示本問卷具有相當良好的內部一致性與再測穩定度。此外,驗證性因 素分析(因素負荷量大於0.5,整體模式符合度大致良好)、效標關聯效度(相關 係數0.61~0.82)檢驗和區辨分析結果得知,本問卷具有相當良好的建構效度、同 時效度和區辨效度。結果顯示以家長問卷的方式,能對學前幼兒的語言發展狀況提 供正確且可信賴之評估結果。

英文摘要

This study aims to develop Inventory of Language Development for 0-6 Years Old Children (ILD), a parental report that can be used to assess the growth and change of language proficiency in children aged between 0 and 6 years old. Two versions of inventories were developed: a 0-2 years old version and a 2-6 years old version. The 0-2 years old inventory covers questions about pre-linguistic communication, language comprehension, language expression and emergent literacy, whereas the 2-6 years old inventory covers questions about language comprehension, language expression and emergent literacy. The procedure of developing the questionnaire includes three stages: preliminary test, pilot test, and formal study. In the formal study, 463 children aged from 0-6 were recruited from New Taipei City. The children’s parents were asked to fill out the questionnaires and 158 children’s language abilities were assessed using the Comprehensive Developmental Inventory for Infants and Toddlers. Results showed that the internal consistency reliability and retest reliability of the questionnaires were larger than 0.9 and 0.8 respectively, showing that the questionnaires had fairly good internal reliability and were quite stable in measuring children’s language development. In addition, the confirmatory factor analysis (factor loading > 0.5), the correlation validity test (r = 0.61-0.82) and the discriminant analysis all indicated that the inventory had fairly good construct validity, criterion-related validity and discriminant validity. These results suggest that ILD provides correct and reliable assessment of language proficiency in children aged from 0-6 years old.
