内生真菌在山茶屬植物中之研究主要包括(1)偵測方法,包括組織分離法及分子生物學方法;(2)内生真菌相調查, 包括茶、油茶、山茶花等作物;(3)内生真菌在植物體中之分佈、種類及變動因子等;(4)内生真菌功能性研究,包 括促進植物對養分利用率、對病原菌之拮抗作用、促進植物生長勢及促進植物產生或自行生產次級代謝物等。山 茶屬植物内生真菌相豐富,而目前尚有許多空間可進行研究,如針對内生真菌與寄主植物間的交互關係、内生真 菌如何影響寄主植物化學成分變化繼而影響製茶風味、内生真菌自主產生或誘導寄主植物產生之次級代謝物功能 性分析、内生真菌作為生物防治因子等進行研究。

英文摘要

The researches of endophytic fungi detected in Camellia plants include: (1) detection methods, including tissue isolation and molecular biological detection, (2) mycobiotic investigation of tea, oil tea and camellia flower, (3) distribution within host plants, diversity and factors affecting their variation, (4) function study, includes increased nutrient utilization rates, antagonism to plant pathogens, enhancement of plant growth, and production of secondary metabolites from endophytes or infected host plants. The endophytic microbiotas are highly abundant in Camellia plants and variable within a plant and among plants. Potential future researches on Camellia endophytes include interaction between endophytic fungi and their host plants, effects of endophytic fungi on the chemical composition of host plants and subsequently on the flavor of tea, analysis of secondary metabolites produced by endophytic fungi or by the host plants induced by endophytic fungi, and endophytic fungi as a biological control factor, etc.
