本文論述有關國際教育概況、跨文化的護理學習、以及國際學習上可能面臨的挑戰與成長,透過「國際教育」的探索,學生能夠學習不同社會環境文化,開拓自己的視野也培養文化的敏感性,然而接受國際學習的學生有可能面臨生活適應、語言、心理生理壓力及經濟等挑戰,但從國際學習中除了提升知識與技能,亦能增進世界觀、提高自我效能,對於人格穩定成長有正面影響,另外,學校及所處環境中應了解國際學習學的問題及困難,適時提供協助與支持,以達到國際學習的成效。

英文摘要

This article discusses international education, cross-cultural nursing, and the challenges and growth of overseas study. Through “international education”, students can learn different social environmental cultures, develop their own point of views, and cultivate cultural sensitivity. However, international students may face challenges such as life adjustment, language, psychological stress, and economic problems. In addition to improving students’ knowledge and skills, a broaden point of view of international outlook, and self-efficacy, overseas study also Have positive impact on the growth of students’ personality. During the overseas study period, personnel in the school and society should be aware of students’ problems and difficulties and provide timely assistance and support in order to achieve the goal and effectiveness of international education.
