This study constructs a set of Creativity Indicators in the process of artistic creation from the perspective of meta-cognition theory. To glean the opinions of contemporary artists in Taiwan, the analysis applies mixed-methods and semi-structured interviews. According to the qualitative data collection, this researcher build up the Creativity Indicators of art creative process and test the significance of the indicators as well as the consistency of the expert opinion by Kendall coefficient of concordance test. The main results are listed as follows: 1. The experts from Arts Theory and Arts Creation brought up 14 indicators as essential for the Creativity Indicators, including 5 of Personal, 2 of Task, 2 of Strategy, none of Planning, 3 of Monitoring, and 2 of Checking. 2. The Kendall coefficient of concordance was 0.721 and the significant test was 0.035, which presents a high level of consistency in terms of key indicators. Implications of the identified key Indicators and suggestions to learners, teachers, and education administrations of arts are given in the end.
