傳統的檢驗方式概分為全數檢驗或抽樣檢驗,掌握並期使品質達到一定之水準,然其檢驗過程並未考量各項成本因素與實務上之彈性,因此本研究利用更新過程理論,在初期採逐次全數檢驗,後期則在給定條件下改為部分抽樣檢驗。結合全數檢驗與部分抽樣檢驗計畫之優點,建構一複合型檢驗計畫模型,並由賣方觀點探討產品在檢驗過程中,其最適複合型檢驗策略,使賣方之總期望利潤最大化。

英文摘要

To improve the quality of products, the traditional inspection method is 100% inspection or sampling inspection. But in reality, the process of inspection has to consider quality cost and other factors. This study used the renewal process theory as a base to propose a new inspection scheme model. The first stage of the inspection scheme is 100% inspection, and the second stage, under given conditions, is sampling inspection. This new composite inspection method combines the advantage of 100% inspection and sampling inspection. Experimental results showed that this composite scheme model can propose an optimal inspection scheme and maximize the total expected profit.
