Wuyouker is a famous physician for plague. He is also a initiator for feverous diseases. He medical cure of a large amount of epidemic patients in Ming Dynasty. He had written a book for Epidemic Treatise, which showed the progressive program for epidemic treatment that year. To investigate the name of disease and to evaluate the drugs’effective compartment for the study of younger generation. This study reviews the analysis with comparison to make the decision of patients’diseases that year by the Epidemic Treatise, Hsus’the Chinese Medical Herbs, Hsiehs’the Chinese Medical Herbs, Chen and Yarns’the Pharmacology of Chinese Herbs, Daih’s the Chinese Medicine, and Hsiehs’the General Medicine: Patients and Symptoms. Our findings were the disease belonging to sultry wet invasion, distemper gall, gastric reflux, and toxic jaundice in Chinese Medicine. The group A, β-type hemolytic streptococcus infection was considered single disease in Western Medicine. The combined diseases weren’t considered for lack of laboratory data, although we take the differential diagnosis for many diseases, such as: malaria, hemolytic dengue, locust plague, and warfare in history. The main medical herbs are not only Wu’s records of areca seed, officinal magnolia cortex, and villous amomum fruits, but also white paeony root, and baical skull cap root. Two associated herbs are glycyrrhizae radix and common anemarrhena rhizome. Conclusions in this study are it is respectable for Wu’s intensive medical care in whole progressing course. Patients’disease belongs to sultry wet, invading lungs vessels’and pericardium meridian in Chinese Medicine. The group A, β-type hemolytic streptococcus infection is most likely in Western Medicine. The key herbs have five kinds. The associated herbs have two kinds. It is the excellent prescription for this disease that year.
