The purpose is to complete the traditional Chinese physician training system, through the research to understand the view of promote Chinese medicine specialist training system in traditional Chinese medicine circle. Through communication in order to build consensus, which may further enhance the quality of Chinese medical care. The ways of researching are questionnaires and surveys for all the traditional Chinese physician and students (including the students of Chinese medicine for post baccalaureate) in April to August 2014. The research issued a total of 1,390 survey questionnaires, and recovered a total of 344(24.7%) questionnaires. The result of the research for the TCM experts and students in the topic of the attitude, we found that doctors agreed to higher average score (3.65± 0.88) than students(2.86± 0.93), also the group of higher age and experience in clinical, director, attending physician, doctoral degree, and TCM pediatricians agree more. The doctor working in Clinics and hospitals or pass the TCM special exam, pass the TCM Civil Service Examination ( including the students of Chinese medicine for post baccalaureate) all agree to promote the system; most of the doctors and students agree arranged the divisions in the order of time to Handling TCM senior residency training system is below, TCM Internal Medicine(36.1%, 37.5%)、Acupuncture (27.8%, 27.0%)、Chinese Traumatology (16.7%, 17.5%)、 TCM Gynecology(15.9%, 15.6%)、TCM Pediatrics (3.5%, 2.4%); doctors(2.59±1.10) and students(1.89±1.02) agree that medical environment conditions for promote senior Chinese medicine residency training system still not yet well enough. The Conclusion of the research is most of the doctor agree to promote specialist training system in TCM, The key factor are different age, clinical seniority, status, highest level of education and different divisions. Location and doctors' qualifications obtained are no difference. According to the questionnaires and surveys, the priority Divisions to promote the system will be the TCM Internal Medicine and Acupuncture. But the majority of respondents worried about the current training places have not yet attained complete, the overall resources of specialist training is still inadequate, hastily promoting the system will cause adverse effects, indicating that this issue is still in doubt, which give TCM circle further explanation and communication is needed .
