「正念」是近年來極受重視的論述,融合了正向心理學、神經科學、組織發展和運動心理學等不同概念發展而成。校長正念領導藉由覺察當下、關注正向、建立關係、發現意義、管理能量與發展韌性,營造學校正向的心理環境,最終提升學校效能。本文旨在探討校長正念領導的發展,分析校長正念領導的新趨勢,並了解正念的發展與對教育的影響。其次,探析正念領導的價值,並探討校長正念領導的意義與內涵。最後,提出校長正念領導的實踐作法,建議校長要全面關注環境,覺察自我情緒,共創學校願景,建立正向關係網絡,實踐生命道德意義,維持師生高度健康情緒。期能以本文協助校長提高領導效能。

英文摘要

In recent years, high attention has been paid to the discussion on “mindfulness,” which integrates the development of different concepts, such as positive psychology, neuroscience, organizational development, and sports psychology. Principals’ mindful leadership is to perceive the moment, pay attention to mindfulness, develop relationships, discover meanings, manage energy and developmental resilience, develop schools’ aggressive psychological environment, and eventually improve school effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to investigate the development of principals’ mindful leadership. Firstly, this study analyze the new trend of principals’ mindful leadership, and understand the influence of development of mindfulness on education. Secondly, this study investigated and analyzed the value of mindful leadership and investigated the meaning and connotation of principals’ mindful leadership. Lastly, this study proposed the practical approaches of principals’ mindful leadership, and suggested that principals should pay full attention to environment, perceive self-emotions, jointly create school visions, develop positive relationship network, put into practice the meanings of life and morality, and maintain high health emotions of teachers and students. Hopefully, this study can help improve principals’ leadership effectiveness.
