本研究希望探討任務、關係衝突與團隊績效之影響,透過國軍警衛人力問卷抽樣,接續運用迴歸分析方式驗證「組織衝突對團隊績效之影響」、「任務衝突是否對績效具正面效應,及長期肇生任務衝突與關係衝突對團隊績效是否會造成負面效果」、「國軍部隊團隊績效重要性,藉以獲知績效對個人未來是否具影響力」等研究目的。最後將性別、年齡、年資、職位及專長分別列為控制變項檢視其對關係衝突、任務衝突與團隊績效此三構面上是否呈現顯著差異。本研究結果發現,任務衝突對關係衝突具有正向顯著影響、關係衝突則會負向顯著影響團隊績效,關係衝突在任務衝突對團隊影響關係中具有完全中介效果。本研究亦發現年齡與專長對團隊績效具顯著效果。

英文摘要

This study hopes to discuss the influence on task conflict, relationship conflict and team performance. Through questionnaires sampling of national army guard manpower, the Regression Approach is consecutively adopted to verify “the influence of organization conflict on team performance”,“whether task conflict has positive effect on performance whether long-term task conflict and relationship conflict have negative effect on team performance”, and“with the importance of team performance of national military force,the performance has influence on personal future will be learned”. Gender, age, seniority, position and expertise are listed as control variables to verify their effects on relationship conflict, task conflict and team performance and whether there are significant differences between effects. The result of this study shows that task conflict has observably positive influence on relationship conflict, which has observably negative influence on team performance, and has mediating effect on the influence that task conflict has on team. This study also finds that age and expertise have remarkable effect on team performance.
