本計畫係以轄區上游集水區野溪清疏協助推動各地方政府執 行野溪清疏工程之提報、設計、執行、完工及防汛期間安全檢查等五階 段相關業務，及臺南分局生命週期管理系統定期更新工程資訊、教育訓 練及宣導品製作等多項工作，已獲得良好之成果。檢視水土保持局臺南 分局轄區內99 至105 年間辦理之野溪清疏工程清疏成效，總計辦理369 件野溪清疏工程，本計畫以集水區為單位，共分布於46 個集水區，經 由土砂收支概念檢討歷年辦理過之野溪清疏工程集水區至今通洪能 力，以Q5 及Q50 作為評斷依據，進行評析。成效佳(大於Q50)之集水 區共有27 個；成效普通(小於Q50 大於Q5)之集水區共有14 個；差(小 於Q5)之集水區共有5 個。
