時代變遷促使教育方式亦日新月異,教學方法的活化已成為現今教學環境中重要一環。 數位科技輔助於教學除了因應產業人才需求,也能促進學生反覆自主學習, 共同培育優質的 服務人員的目標。尤其以技職體系言,多元與數位學習更是提升學生自主學習與實務操作能力 途徑,以降低學用落差。而創意飲調與葡萄酒品評逐漸成為服務業中重要的一環,本研究以 「創意飲調與葡萄酒品評」課程為例, 探討悅趣式行動學習設計對學習成效之影響,並該學習 法強化學習者引發學習動機,深化學習效果。研究成果顯示學生學習效果在悅趣式教材內 容設計能深化飲調與葡萄酒品評專業技能,提升學習興趣,連結產業人才需求,並提升專業 考照意願。

英文摘要

The changes in the times have brought with a rapid change in the ways of education. The activation of teaching methods has become an important part of today’s teaching environment. Digital technology aids in teaching environment, also encourage students repeatedly learning in order to prepare as a cultivate quality service personnel in the service industry. In particular, in the higher vocational education system, multiple and digital learning might enhance students’ ability to learn and practice independently, as a result to reduce the gap between learning and application. Creative beverage and wine appraise becomes an important in the service industry. This research is to explore the impact of Game-Based mobile learning design on learning effectiveness with the application in the “Creative Beverage and Wine Appraise” program. In order to deepen the learning, the purpose of the research is to understand the motivation by means of context with game-based methods. The design of the program could deepen in the professional skills in terms of Creative Beverage and Wine Appraise, and enhance learning interest, link the needs of industrial talents and enhance the willingness of professional examinations.
