隨著社會慢慢步人高齡化，受到高齡化的影響， 現今有許多高年齡者的身體逐漸老化，對復健的需求 越來越大。本研究提出一種讓使用者更容易進行復 健，使用者可以透過平板依照畫面顯示的進度和撥放 的聲音進行操作，可以使使用者更加精準的達到醫師 給予的目標，使用者在使用本研究在做復健時，平板 還會做存取的動作，使醫生更容易觀察使用者復健的 狀況。

With increasing in the population of elderly, there are more people facing muscle weakening which increases the requirement of rehabilitation activities. Our research aims to further improve the ease of using rehabilitation equipment. User can perform rehabilitation process through a guide provided by an interface from a device. This gives user a clearer target defined by the specialist. During the rehabilitation process, the device will automatically record all data throughout the rehabilitation process to use for future analysis.
