一分離自醫院空調出風口之Cladosporium物種，依其形態特徵、培養特徵、內部轉錄區間隔 (ITS1-5.8S-ITS2) 之rRNA基因序列與轉錄延伸因子1α (EF1α)基因序列之分析，該菌種被鑑定為Cladosporium pulvericola，此為亞洲新紀錄。其形態與培養特徵被繪製與描述於本文中。
英文摘要
A species of Cladosporium was isolated from an air conditioner outlet in a hospital in Taipei. Based on the morphology, cultural characteristics, and phylogenetic analysis of sequences of the internal transcribed spacer (ITS1-5.8S-ITS2) of the rRNA gene and translation elongation factor 1-alpha (EF1α) gene, this strain was identified as Cladosporium pulvericola. It is a new record for Asia. Morphological and cultural characteristics are illustrated and described.
