自2018年1月初南、北韓開始針對參與冬奧議題展開破冰接觸後，再加上同年上半年「以北韓為名」的一連串雙邊高峰會，半島危機似乎露出一線曙光。在此，本文將試圖聚焦南、北韓互動，由雙方各自戰略思考與布局切入，由此一方面分析其近期處理半島議題之政策來源，另外也試圖預測此議題之未來發展走向。
英文摘要
Since the “Ice-Breaking Trip” in January 2018 when two Koreas met together for the Winter Olympic Games and a serious of bilateral summit focusing on dealing the North Korean affairs after that, the issue of Korean Peninsula seems to face another turning point. In this paper, I’ll pay more attention on strategic interaction between two Koreas. Except to find their layout of regional policy, I also try to analyze how they face and deal with the
recent challenge, and predict the next step and possible future of the Peninsula issue.
