政府或民間企業,往往偏好制定制服,來塑造、突顯組織或成員的專業形象,但也極易使制 服淪為外界對該組織或成員的刻板印象。現今有不少先進國家都看重藉由設計手法,來為行政部 門規劃能呈現專業避免單調、刻板形象,但卻能維持一定程度彈性穿搭的服裝,然而,目前卻尚 未有充分探討此類設計個案的系統性研究,緣此,本研究即以某設計團隊運用共同設計為原則, 實際執行臺北市政府一致性服裝規劃設計始末為個案研究樣本,以「參與」協同概念結合專業和 使用者,讓終端使用者參與設計,互相溝通中,設計者能深入使用者的經驗連結需求,以拓展設 計的可能。特別是,設計團隊採用英國設計委員會開發的4D模型,以協同設計原則作為流程圖, 解析其實施內容,以作為後續教學及研究的借鏡。成果整理如下:一、讓開發者從「需求」探討 「思考」到「選擇」的決策過程,符合使用機能與結構美感;二、以共同設計原則完成臺北市政 府一致性服裝的樣服及穿搭建議;三、架構公部門一致性服裝設計策略與設計規劃服務;四、統 整一致性服裝的設計需求和可用性融入到“HS + 4F”的設計理念中,為未來的共同設計開發奠 下基礎,以供後續研究者參考。

英文摘要

In the years past, in both governmental or private sectors, the preferred solution for enhancing organizational structures and professionalism has been the implementation of common structured uniforms. However, the obvious downside of such implementation is the projected image of being dull and unoriginal in the professional arena. In order to counter this drawback, some developed countries have been improving their professional attire through innovative and interchangeable designs. Withal, in Taiwan thus far, there has not been a comprehensive and systematic study towards this destination on a governmental level. Hence, we assume this study based on the design case of coordinated professional attire planned by Taipei city government. By integrating professionalism and user with the concept of collaborative "participation" and involving end-users in design at the same time, the designer may well obtain profound insights into the user's experience in communicating with users and link their needs so as to expand the design possibilities. Especially, the design team adopts 4d model developed by the UK design council with the principle of co-design to work as a flowchart. The findings are the following: (1) To permit developers to go through the decision-making process from “thinking” to “choosing” from the perspective of “needs” and ensure the process is to meet the functional and structural aesthetics. (2) to establish the proposal of design services and make samples of coordinated professional attire of Taipei city government; (3) by the design service planning to construct the strategy of co-design principle for the professional attire of a municipal government; (4) to integrate the need and the available into the design concept of “HS+4F” for the developing of the next co-design in the future.
