本文係描述一位中年外籍女性配偶，因家庭、經濟與社會系統支持不足，服用巴拉 刈自殺，導致巴拉刈中毒之護理經驗。筆者於2017 年4 月1 日至4 月10 日，藉由直接 護理、觀察會談等進行資料收集，運用Gordon 十一項健康功能型態進行評估，歸納有 四項主要護理問題，包含危險性傷害、疼痛、焦慮及無效性因應能力。針對個案問題， 利用洗胃及血液灌洗術將巴拉刈中毒所引起之危險性傷害減低，並適度緩解口咽潰瘍疼 痛感；運用關懷並傾聽個案心中感受，建立良好護病關係，以減輕因疾病及陌生環境引 發焦慮，另提供個案面對壓力的調適，經由跨領域團隊合作給予社會資源及心理支持， 以改善個案無效性因應能力，協助身心重建，早日恢復健康並返回日常生活。

This article describes the nursing care experience for a middle-aged foreign female spouse taking the paraquat as suicide attempt due to lack of family, economic and social system support. She was under treatment at the care unit between April 1, 2017 and April 10, 2017. According to Gordon's 11 Functional Health Patterns by direct care, observation and other information collection, the major problems assessed included dangerous injuries, pain, anxiety and ineffective responsiveness. We applied gastric lavage and hemofiltration to reduce the risk of damage caused by the paraquat poisoning, and pain control for oropharyngeal ulcers pain. We established good nurse-patient relationship by using care and listening to her feelings to reduce the anxiety caused by illness and unfamiliar environment. We also provided social resources and psychological support by cross-team cooperation to helping her coping with adjustment pressure. We addressed the physical and mental reconstruction to help her returning to health and normal daily life early.
