本研究係紀錄統計臺北市公園處轄區公園内的園樹及行道樹,自2006年-2016年 間樹木褐根病罹病狀況資料及分析相關性,結果發現共計有3,230株樹木罹患褐根病,約 佔轄區樹木的1.66°%。全部罹病樹木中,以榕樹佔41.86 °%為最大宗。此外,臺北市公園及 行道樹範圍内罹患褐根病樹種中,合計有42科73屬85種感染,桑科佔全部罹病樹木51.8%。 此外,臺北市公園及行道樹種植範圍中,統計整理有124處地點為褐根病熱區,任3年以上 曾發現罹病樹木的熱區合計87個,推測同地點或鄰近地點有群聚感染或重覆感染情形。 褐根病的防治是跨域治理的課題,必須把公部門不同區域、不同機關以及私部門非政 府組織和公民等角色功能整合起來,建立跨域協調網絡,形成緊密防制網,才能有效控制 臺北市乃至全臺褐根病的擴散。

英文摘要

The results of this study showed that between 2006 and 2016, a total amount of 3,230 trees (1.66%) suffered from brown root rot disease. Banyan tree accounted for 41.86% of all the sick trees. In addition, there are 42 families, 73 genera, and 85 species of tree categories were infected, while Moraceae family accounted for 51.8% of all sick trees. Furthermore, according to the current study and statistical analyses in Taipei City, 124 sites are at high prevalence of brown root rot disease infection, of which 87 sites (hot spots) are found to have contracted the disease in three successive years. We propose that there is a cluster of infection and/or repeated contraction of infection occuring in the same or nearby sites among the studied 87 hot spots. The management of brown root rot disease is an issue of cross-agency governance. The functions of local and central government, private sector, non-governmental organizations, and citizens must join together to establish a network of public-private collaboration so that the spread of brown root rot disease from Taipei to the other regions in Taiwan can be effectively controlled.
