食茱萸為布農族重要的傳統民族植物,森林生態系的永續經營必須仰賴良好的土 壤品質,因此土壤的性質與養分循環的研究,對於民族植物資源的保育有其必要性。本研 究選擇南投縣信義鄉臺灣大學實驗林管理處對高岳、和社與鄰近内茅埔營林區布農族部落 野生食茱萸分佈區域,調查其土壤基本性質及土壤養份狀況,以期應用於實驗林轄區内原 住民保留區之布農族部落居民日後種植食茱萸時之土壤管理。研究結果顯示,食茱萸生長 區域之土壤質地多屬於砂質黏壤土或砂質壤土。土壤pH值呈現中等酸性至中性(pH 5.2-7.1)。土壤導電度的結果顯示,目前尚無鹽類過剩導致食茱萸有生長障礙之問題產生。本 研究土壤有機碳含量介於10.2-42.6 g kg-1,所有樣區之表土層土壤有機碳含量較底土層土 壤略高,和社樣區土壤中之有機破含量為所有樣區最低者。此外,土壤之陽離子交換容量 與總氮量的分布受到土壤有機碳含量所影響。所有研究樣區土壤有效性磷含量偏低(3.7- 15.1 mg kg-1),最主要的可交換性陽離子為鈣。在微量元素方面,有效性鐵含量介於18.3- 215.1 mg kg-1之間,在對高岳樣區-1與對高岳樣區-2含量皆屬偏低。土壤有效性錳的含量 皆高於植物臨界缺乏濃度(38.5-164.7 mg kg-1)。土壤中之有效性銅含量介於0.32-3.14 mg kg-1之間,有效性鋅的含量則介於1.84-21.7mg kg-1之間。此兩種元素的含量最高值皆出現 於和社樣區。為了進一步了解食茱萸的營養狀況,特別是微量元素與各大量營養元素之平 衡情形,未來將採取食茱萸葉片進行營養成分分析。

英文摘要

Zanthoxylum ailanthoides Sieb. & Zucc. (Alianthus Prickly Ash) is one of the important ethnobotanical plants for Bunun Tribe. Since sustainable management of forest rely on soil qualities, it is necessary to study soil properties and nutrients cycling for conservation of ethnobotanical plant resources. Five study sites in Duigaoyue, Heshe, and Neimaopu tracts of the Experimental Forest, National Taiwan University, were selected for studying soil properties and nutrients content of Alianthus Prickly Ash in Bunun tribe domain. The results showed that soils in all study sites were sandy loam to sandy clay loam in texture. Soils reactions were moderately acid to neutral (pH 5.2-7.1) with low electrical conductivity (EC). The lowest content of organic carbon was present in Heshe site. The distribution of total nitrogen and cation exchange capacity (CEC) were influenced by organic carbon content. Available P content was very low and Ca was the dominant exchangeable cation in all study sites. The amount of available Fe ranged from 18.3- 215.1 mg kg-1, it was relative low in Duigaoyue-1 and 2 sites. The amount of available Mn was higher in plant critical deficiency concentration (38.5-164.7 mg kg-1). The amount of available Cu and Zn ranged from 0.32-3.14 mg kg-1 and 1.84-21.7 mg kg-1, respectively. The highest concentration of available Cu and Zn was present in Heshe site. In order to understand the nutrient status of Alianthus Prickly Ash, the leaves should be collected for nutrient analysis in the future.
