目的:本研究以社會認知理論(social cognitive theory)架構為基礎,設計健康體能計畫, 並評價此活動對促進員工之健康體能及生活型態之成效。 方法:本研究選取北區某醫學中心招募學員,以身體質量指數(body mass index)大於27 或有代謝症候群員工為「健康體能及生活型態活動」的主要介入對象。社會認知理論認為個 人行為是經過個人認知與環境因素複雜交互作用所形成,因此使用「提供學員支持性運動環 境之促進因子」、「觀察成功經驗學習模仿增強」、「利用社群能量提昇群體效能」、「提 高學員自我效能」等理論策略介入。為評價目標群體的自我效能與行為,實施前、後測問卷 比較,利用描述性統計分析及成對樣本t檢定分析此次健康體能及生活型態計畫之成效。 結果:全程參與運動及衛教課程與檢測共25位學員,平均年齡45.76歲。在本研究中發 現此活動介入後員工體適能狀況改變如下:BMI 平均值下降0.28(p =0.05)、柔軟度由原本 平均值24.74進步至27.61(p <0.005) 、體脂率平均值下降0.8%(p <0.005)、體重平均值下降 0.83公斤(p <0.05)。在評價生活型態方面發現,學員每週運動分鐘數為原本的123分鐘增加 至167分鐘(p <0.05),每天一次進行伸展運動的頻率也增加(p <0.05)。 結論:以社會認知理論模式為基礎執行之健康體能計畫,同時考量個人及環境因素, 員工體適能檢測數值有明顯提升,並達顯著性差異,對於員工養成良好健康體能及生活型 態有其成效。

英文摘要

Objective: To investigate the effect of the application of the social cognitive theory in the physical fitness program at a medical center in northern Taiwan. Methods: Body mass index (BMI) greater than 27 or staffs with metabolic syndrome were enrolled in the healthy physical fitness program. Staff volunteers can attend this program too. This program was designed according to social cognitive theory which emphasizes how cognitive, behavioral, personal, and environmental factors interact to determine motivation and behavior. We designed our programs according to the above principles. Questionnaires were done and physical fitness status were recorded before and after the program to evaluate the effects of physical fitness and exercise behavior. Results: There were 25 staffs enrolled in the physical fitness program, and their average age is 45.76. After the program, the average BMI decreased 0.28 (p=0.05). The mean flexibility was improved from 24.74 to 27.61 (p<0.005). The mean body fat percentage decreased from 34.16 to 33.36 (p<0.005), and the average weight loss was 0.83 kg (p< 0.05). As for life style change, the minutes a staff exercise per week increase from 123 minutes to 167 minutes (p < 0.05). In addition, the frequency of stretching once per day increased. (p < 0.05). Conclusions: Through the development of a physical fitness program based on social cognitive theory, we improved the performance of participants’ physical fitness and exercise behavior significantly.
