中文摘要

十二年國民基本教育課程綱要將正式上路,國教輔導團專任輔導員擔負推行課程重責,值此變革之際,本文旨在瞭解高雄市國民教育輔導團專任輔導員以360°領導進行業務推動的情形,以半結構式訪談,蒐集資料分析輔導員向上、同儕以及向下領導的現狀,探詢其運用360°領導提升輔導員工作效能之方法,從三個面向提出輔導員提升工作效能的策略:(一)向上領導方面:主動積極,勇於任事;(二)同儕領導方面:分工合作,專業領軍;(三)向下領導方面:以身作則,協力同行。以期供輔導員推行業務參考,俾利國家教育政策的落實及教育人力資源的善用。

英文摘要

This study aims to know how the advisory group members use 360-Degree leadership in their work. In conclusion, there are three strategies proposed to promote advisory group members’ working efficiency. For leading up: advisory group members should be positive and responsible. For leading across: advisory group members should cooperate with others and lead others with profession. For leading down: advisory group members should be good examples to others and help each other at the same time.
