在先秦文獻中，有一類文獻特別引人注目。那就是 帝師和賢明有為君主之間的對話，例如各種黃帝類書籍中 黃帝與岐伯，清華簡《殷高宗問於三壽》中的彭祖與殷高 宗，上博簡與《大戴禮記》共有之《武王踐阼》中的周武 王與姜太公，銀雀山漢簡與傳世文獻共有之《六韜》中的 周文王與姜太公。這種特殊的文體和道家的關係更密切一 些，其容既關注現實又帶有神秘性和超越性。隨著出土 文獻中這類文獻的增多，我們有必要分析此類文獻形成的 時代背景與思想特徵。

There is one specific class of literatures seem rather remarkable among literatures of pre-Qin Dynasty, that is, the one records dialogues between the teachers of emperors and the admirable and promising emperors. Such as the dialogues between the legendary ruler Huangdi (黄帝）and Qibo(岐伯）in various books about Huangdi, Pengzu(彭祖）and emperor Gaozong of Yin in Tsinghua bamboo slips Yin Gao Zong Wen Yu San Shou (Emperor Gaozong of Yin Asking San Shou), King wu of Zhou and Jiang Taigong(姜太公）in both the Da^ai Li/i and the Shanghai Museum’s collection of Warring States Chu Bamboo slips Wu Wang Jian Zuo(King Wu Ascended the Throne), and King wen of Zhou and Jiang Taigong in both the Yin Queshan bamboo slips and handed down literature Liu Tao(Six Arts of War). This particular kind of documents, which focusing on reality but partook the characters of mysterious and transcendental at the same time, are more closely related to Taoist school. Since the number of this kind of literatures are increasing among excavated documents, it is necessary to do some researches on its background and features as a whole.
