英文摘要

After the second half of the 19th century, Taiwan's Oolong Tea entered the world market together with sugar and camphor, and it played an important role in Taiwan's agricultural products. After Taiwan was ruled by Japan, the harbor facilities were reorganized and large ships were able to park in Taiwan's ports. During the harvest season of tea in Taiwan, many foreign ships moored in Keelung Harbor and loaded with Taiwanese Oolong Tea to transport to the North American continent. Although there have been papers on the production and export of Taiwan's Oolong Tea, it is not clear how Oolong Tea was shipped from Taiwan to North America. Therefore, this paper mainly describes the specific conditions of Oolong Tea exported by ships, especially to North America.
