背景與目的:垂直跳能力被視為運動員下肢爆發力的表現或傷者下肢功能恢復的指標,因為垂直跳高度 受到下肢肌力,尤其是小腿三頭肌肌力的影響甚鉅。過去有關小腿三頭肌研究發現肌貼對其最大肌力的影響是 眾說紛紜,且鮮有探討功能性肌力,因此本研究欲探討小腿三頭肌貼紮對垂直跳能力的影響。方法:本研究徵 召健康年輕人13 名,進行單腳垂直跳測試,量測垂直跳高度與起跳前最大地面反作用力。受試者在有無小腿 三頭肌貼紮狀況下測試,每次測試3 回,取平均值分析有無貼紮的差異。統計方法為重複量測變異數分析。結 果:本研究發現垂直跳高度在有無貼紮時呈現顯著的統計學差異 (F12,1 = 8.24, p < 0.05);但地面反作用力則無顯 著差異 (F12,1 = 0.14, p > 0.05)。結論:本研究發現改善小腿三頭肌貼紮方式可產生較大的垂直跳高度。臨床應用 上,可使用小腿三頭肌貼紮協助強化肌力不平衡者的功能性爆發力。未來研究方向可朝向研發新的貼紮技術, 並探討小腿三頭肌貼紮的持續效應及肌貼改變垂直跳的機轉。

Background and Purpose: Vertical jump performance is regarded as one of explosive force indices for athletes or recovery index of lower extremity function for injured individuals. Th e height of vertical jump was highly related to strength of lower extremity muscles, especially that of the triceps surae muscle. Th e eff ect of kinesio taping on peak muscle force is still controversial till now. Less is known about the eff ect of kinesio taping on functional strength, such as vertical jump. Th erefore, the purpose of this study was to examine the eff ect of kinesio taping of the triceps surae on vertical jump performance. Methods: Th irteen healthy young adults participated in this study. Single-leg vertical jump test was used to measure their jump height and peak ground reaction force before jumping for taped and non-taped conditions. Modified kinesio taping was applied to the triceps surae muscle for the taped condition. Three trials of the vertical jump test were conducted for each condition and the averaged values were used for analyses. Separate analyses of variance with repeated measures were done for each dependent variable. Results: Results revealed that there were significant differences in vertical jump height between the taped and non-taped conditions (F12,1 = 8.24, p < 0.05) but no difference in peak ground reaction force before jump was found between 2 conditions (F12,1 = 0.14, p > 0.05). Conclusions: Our findings support that triceps surae taping increases vertical jump height. It implied clinically that triceps surae taping can assist functional explosive capacity for individuals with muscle imbalance. The future study will direct to improve the taping technique, explore the retention effect, and investigate the kinesio taping mechanism.
